  2. Tap “Chapters”
  3. Tap any locked chapter
  4. Tap “Restore Purchases”

My progress was lost

Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you deleted the app or got a new device, progress cannot be recovered. However, your purchase can always be restored using the steps above.
